Pay online using a Bank of America checking or savings account: Sign in to Online Banking and select the Bill Pay tab, then select Go to Bill Pay and follow the instructions provided in the Pay to/Pay from tab.
You can also transfer money from your Bank of America checking or saving account to your Bank of America credit card. To do this, simply sign in to Online Banking, select the Transfers tab and add the account to which you would like to make the transfer.
Pay online using an account from another financial institution’s checking or money market account: Sign in to Online Banking and select the Bill Pay tab, then select Go to Bill Pay. Select Pay to/Pay from and set up your credit card account on the Pay to tab. You will need your bank’s 9-digit routing number and the account number in order to set up the account.
ATM credit card payments: You can make Bank of America credit card payments at our ATMs with only your Bank of America credit card and your check or cash. Simply visit your local Bank of America ATM, insert your credit card and select Make a Payment. Please note that business credit cards are not supported at this time.

If you pay your Bank of America ® credit card account from a Bank of America checking or savings account, any funds transferred as a payment to the credit card account before 11:59 p.m. ET, including weekends and holidays, will be credited on the date the payment is made. However, updates to account balances and funds availability may take up to 2 bank business days.
If you pay your Bank of America credit card from a checking or savings account with another financial institution, your payment will be requested as an electronic transfer within 24 hours from the time you submit it online. A debit will appear on your checking account and on your credit card statement online within 2 business days.

Sign in to Online Banking and navigate to your credit card Account details page, then select the Statements & Documents tab. You’ll have access to your credit card statements and also be able to request paper statements.
On your mobile device
Sign in to the Mobile Banking app and select your credit card account, then select the Statements & Documents link in the Account Management section. After selecting a statement (and depending on the specific apps and settings on your phone), you can download, print and email your statement.

On your mobile device
Sign in to the Mobile Banking app and select your credit card account. Select the Statements & Documents link in the Account Management section, then select the Paperless Settings link.
You can also tap the Erica icon and say, “I want to go paperless” and follow the instructions (if you prefer, you can also type your message to Erica).
